Yes, we give vendors the flexibility to manage their subscriptions on their own terms. If you choose to cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account at www.ondanine.com using any desktop or mobile browser.
On mobile browser, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
On desktop, hover over your profile picture and name in the top-right corner and select "Subscriptions" from the dropdown menu.
From there, you can easily view, manage, or cancel your membership at any time.
To access your Portal, log in to your account at www.ondanine.com using a desktop or mobile browser.
On mobile browser, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
On desktop, you’ll find your profile picture and name in the same top-right area—hover over it and select " Portal" from the dropdown.
This will take you to your dashboard, where you can view your plan details and easily navigate all the features included in your membership!
To report the issue, please email info@ondanine.com and provide the details of discrepancies issues so that we are able to research it. Suggested errors can range from
1. Ownership of the business
2. Link/page doesn’t work for the business
3. Spelling or grammatical errors
These items help us investigate the issue more effectively and update you once the issue is resolved. If you encounter anything else, don’t hesitate to let us know.
